Terms and Conditions of Sale
Article 1 — Purpose
These Terms and Conditions define the rights and obligations of both parties in connection with the online sale of IPTV subscriptions offered by IPTV Prix.
Article 2 — Order
All orders are final upon receipt of payment. Subscription activation occurs within a maximum of 30 minutes after payment confirmation, 24/7.
Article 3 — Prices
Prices are displayed inclusive of all taxes in euros. IPTV Prix reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but the applicable prices are those in effect at the time of the order.
Article 4 — Payment
Payments are accepted by credit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Apple Pay and bank transfer. All transactions are secured by SSL encryption.
Article 5 — Right of withdrawal
As permitted by applicable consumer law, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content whose execution has begun with the consumer's consent before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Article 6 — Service
IPTV Prix commits to maintaining a service available 99.9% of the time. In the event of a technical outage exceeding 24 hours, a commercial gesture will be offered to the affected customer.
